Hi everyone, My name is Michael Kantar and I am 14 years old and a freshman in high school. I want to start wholesaling to make money, I have some experience in finding good deals and think that o would be pretty good at it. But I don't know if I'm allowed to do it because I'm too young. Is there an age limit on how old you have to be to do wholesaling? Is there any way I can do this or anything with real estate at such a young age? Please help me out, thanks!

Aqil Dharamsey by real estate I mean real estate investing, like fix and flips, wholesaling, and buy and holds.

I may try wholesaling as well in the beginning to learn about that certain area of investing and build capital right from the start.

Aqil Dharamsey at this point I am looking to learn as much as I can about real estate through experience, but after when I am ready to invest I would like to start out in buy in holds preferably more upstate in New York, and eventually come down here in the westchester and Bronx area where I am living now. Once I start building a steady cash flow I would like to start doing the more risky things in real estate like fix and flips.but for the next 6-12 months I would just like to get the experience down and learn as much as I can about real estate before I dive head first into the action.

Hi everyone, My name is Michael Kantar and I have very little experience with real estate and I am willing to learn from you guys for free, for help in return. I have experience with finding great deals for some friends, wether it be a rental, flip, etc., and I want to get to learn more about the real estate business with the help of you guys. I would be able to do anything you'd like me to as well as shadowing to see certain strategies you use. So what I'm looking for is anybody who would be willing to teach me about real estate as well as somebody who would let me work with them so I can learn the ins and outs of real estate. I am very motivated to learn as much as possible, and would greatly appreciate all the help I can get. I have read a couple of books, listened to some podcasts, and read countless forums and those have motivated me to a whole other level to get into real estate and become successful . I live in westchester county in New York and I'm looking for anybody willing to take me under there wing wether it would be in state in New York or out of state in the tri-state area to help people out for free for real estate advice in return.

Thanks Jonathan Smith I can also help people find properties to invest in, the only problem is that nobody would want a 15 year old to help them out. Do you have any suggestions on how to get companies/investors to actually recognize me and actually let me help them out? Because I know I would do a great job for them I just can't find them. Thanks!

Thanks Jake Thompson I am actually currently reading rich dad poor dad, and I was going to start with house hacking and build my way up from there to get regular rentals. Also that is a very good Idea about writing down key ideas from books/podcasts I will start that from now on. Thanks for the help!
