Hi everyone, when it comes time to go to college what college degrees are the best to make the most out of my future in real estate? Certain colleges give real estate degrees would that work,or should I get regular business degrees like finance or marketing etc., also what about entrepreneurship as a degree, or should I do a mixture of all of them? If I have to choose one or a couple which degrees do you think would be the best. You can also recommend some other degrees if you would like that would work. By the way I'm a freshman in high school, so I have some time to think everything out. Thanks for replies and advice!

@Account Closed i'm sorry for any confusion, I meant can i work for a brokerage as a real estate agent or even own a brokerage, and still do separate real estate investing as a whole other source of income.

Hi everyone, I have a question for you guys today, can I do both real estate brokering and real estate investing at the same time or do you recommend doing only one of those and put all of your time into one thing? So essentially should I do both brokering and investing at the same time together or just choose one? Thanks for the advice!

Hi everyone, I know this might sound like a dumb question but I am a complete beginner trying to learn as much as I can about real estate. Anyways, what is the difference between real estate investing and real estate brokering? Please help and thanks for replying!

@Harjeet Bhatti by finishing your studies do you mean that I should go to college after high school, or just finish high school and not go to college?

@Chris StephensI'm sorry I am a bit of a beginner but can you explain what you mean in this equation, I've read about it before in separate posts about wholesaling but never understood it because wouldn't you need to renovate the house which is considered flipping not wholesaling?
