Hi everyone, I'm a freshman in high school and 14 years old about to turn 15 in a couple of months, I'm also very eager to learn a lot about real estate!i just want to know if anybody was ever in my situation and really wanted to learn about real estate at such a young age, what did you do? I know I want to try and get an internship so I can learn about real estate at a young age. Did you ever try this and were you successful, if you were what did you do? What are some other things you might've done to learn as much as possible about real estate besides books, podcasts and forums which I am already doing, I am so eager that I can't wait to do more and learn more. Please tell me about your story and help me to shape my own story, thanks!

I can do bird dogging, lease out apartments for you, or do just about anything you'd like! I just want to do this for the learning experience. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm a freshman in high school and 14 years old, I'm also very eager to learn a lot about real estate! So I was wondering if it's possible if over the summer (I will be 15 then) that I would be able to get an internship anywhere, with a contractor, realtor, investor, or anybody so that I could learn about real estate in any way possible. I am very eager to learn and would help your business out in any way I can as long as I can gain knowledge about the real estate world. So, Does anybody know if this is possible for a 15 year old to get an internship because I will work my butt off for anybody that offers me a job. My plan for the future is to eventually become a real estate investor specializing in buy and holds as well as flips. If anybody has any connections for me or wants to talk to me some more please reach out to me any time you'd like and I will get back to you asap. I am willing to go a little past westchester county (where I currently live) to go and work as long as there is mass transit I can take. But on the other hand, if you don't think this is possible for a 15 year old and this cannot happen please tell me and let me know some alternatives I can do for myself to get prepared for my future. Thanks everyone and please respond and help me out!

Please help me out I'm very ambitious and eager to learn as much as I can about real estate!

@Erik Raz@Chris Mason I will be doing this because my dad is telling me that I have to go to college for at least two years, do you guys think I should just stay for the two years or go four years for a bachelors degree, would I learn enough with just an associates or should I get the bachelors, would the bachelors be enough to learn if the associates isn't enough ?
