Hi everyone, My name is Michael Kantar and I am fairly new to real estate. I have experience with finding great deals for some friends, wether it be a rental, flip, etc., and I want to get to learn more about the real estate business with the help of you guys. So what I'm looking for is anybody who would be willing to teach me about real estate as well as somebody who would let me work with them so I can learn the ins and outs of real estate. I am very motivated to learn as much as possible, and would greatly appreciate all the help I can get. I have read a couple of books, listened to some podcasts, and read countless forums and those have motivated me to a whole other level to get into real estate and become successful . I live in New York and I'm looking for anybody willing to take me under there wing wether it would be in or out of state. Thanks!
