Looking to learn the ins and outs of real estate

Hi everyone, My name is Michael Kantar and I have very little experience with real estate and I am willing to learn from you guys for free help in return. I have experience with finding great deals for some friends, wether it be a rental, flip, etc., and I want to get to learn more about the real estate business with the help of you guys. So what I'm looking for is anybody who would be willing to teach me about real estate as well as somebody who would let me work with them so I can learn the ins and outs of real estate. I am very motivated to learn as much as possible, and would greatly appreciate all the help I can get. I have read a couple of books, listened to some podcasts, and read countless forums and those have motivated me to a whole other level to get into real estate and become successful . I live in westchester county in New York and I'm looking for anybody willing to take me under there wing wether it would be in state in New York or out of state in the tri state area to help people out for free for real estate advice in return.
