Very eager to learn as much as possible for a successful future
Hi everyone, I'm a freshman in high school and 14 years old, I'm also very eager to learn a lot about real estate! So I was wondering if it's possible if over the summer (I will be 15 then) that I would be able to get an internship anywhere, with a contractor, realtor, investor, or anybody so that I could learn about real estate in any way possible. I am very eager to learn and would help your business out in any way I can as long as I can gain knowledge about the real estate world. So, Does anybody know if this is possible for a 15 year old to get an internship because I will work my butt off for anybody that offers me a job. My plan for the future is to eventually become a real estate investor specializing in buy and holds as well as flips. If anybody has any connections for me or wants to talk to me some more please reach out to me any time you'd like and I will get back to you asap. I am willing to go a little past westchester county (where I currently live) to go and work as long as there is mass transit I can take. But on the other hand, if you don't think this is possible for a 15 year old and this cannot happen please tell me and let me know some alternatives I can do for myself to get prepared for my future. Thanks everyone and please respond and help me out!

@Account Closed. These will give you a GREAT foundation for what you need to know. I would try to narrow down and either focus on flipping or buy and hold to start though, not both. If you want to go into real estate full time right after high school you could focus on building a business around flipping, and then once you are experienced with that you can use the capital to start buying rentals. You should be laser focused in order to achieve success though, and trying to do too many things can hinder you. Hope this helps and good luck!
