Hey @Sanjeev Advani I always recommend using a combination of marketing tactics. Combining Direct Mail and IP marketing is a great tactic that few people are using. If you want to discuss that more please reach out and I can expand.

Hey @Marcus Jackson I recommend Not using yellow letters they are outdated and overused. Postcards also are known for having a low response rate, but work well when mailing in high quantities. Because your list is relatively small I would do a handwritten letter with a bight envelope. Mail once every 4 weeks (so once a month) so that you are not spamming your prospects but they are remembering you. Let me know if you have any questions I am happy to help :)

Hey @Nigel Williams I would recommend hitting each person on your list 4-5 time and spacing it out so they are touched once every 4 weeks so that you are hitting once a month. If you would like to discuss further message me and I can provide more info. Cheers!

Hey @Melissa Ragan, Typically letters perform better than postcards, and I suggest 4-5 touches per prospect. Feel free to reach out to me if you want to chat more!

@Account ClosedThe limit does not exist... If you are confident with your list. I have heard about people getting responses after 4 years of consistently mailing the same prospect.

@Omar Ruiz Yeah you don't want to pay for backlinks, but adding your site into relevant (local) directories is good to do and beneficial for SEO. Moz and SEM Rush are both awesome tools for research and like you said competitor backlinking.

Keep Studying up it sounds like you are on the right track :)

Cheers!
