That is awesome @Jerryll Noorden my background is actually in SEO! It is really underestimated in the real estate investing world in my opinion, but it is a super solid tactic for sure. I think that direct mail is still beneficial if done correctly so I think there is a place for both. Again good on you for being ahead of the game when it comes to SEO, wishing you the best of luck man!

@Christian Laines I would recommend staying away from yellow letters you can create a handwritten letter that will grab the prospect attention just as easily and they stick out more than yellow letters because yellow letters are so over used. Just my thoughts hope that helps :)

Hey @Garrett Foster yellow letters are not performing as well as they used to. Let me know if you want info on a different alternative. Cheers!

@Troy Nonnemacher like list type recommendations? I always tell people that a good list type really depends a lot on where you are located. In Florida for example transitional lists tend to do well because there is a higher elderly population who are all looking to downsize, so just knowing your area and getting a list that fits your niche is the best tip I can give.

Also save some time and money by getting your lists scrubbed first for vacant and deceased leads before you mail.

Hey @Troy Nonnemacher Direct mail is so much about timing and you never know when you might catch someone who is ready to sell. So I think mailing to a list 6+ times is not a bad idea. However you have to weigh out the cost/benefit of getting a fresh new list of people and mailing to them 5 times and hopefully striking gold there.

And as mentioned above it has a lot to do with you list type and how quality your list is.
