I'd look at munis or tbills right now. Not the best time to jump into RE.

If it's the guy claiming 5% or really below 10%, don't bother. SCAM.

It's non-conforming to todays standards. The home I assume was permitted when it was built.

Your agent should really be answering these questions. That is what he is getting paid for! 


Also, just get the windows done. You can dig them yourself. I'd hire out the saw cutting and window install. I have a guy if you need one.
