Hi BP. I have been diligently looking for absentee owners and abandoned properties for wholesaling. I've searched my county's record to find out address for owner of these properties. Some have given address in another city, another place in this city, but some said NO DATA.Wanted to know if anyone can direct me where to go be it a website or wherever so I can get this info? Looking to begin mailing campaign next week. I would still like to connect with a mentor  in my area as well.

welcome aboard Carla!! Mendy just gave some excellent advise for steps. I'm going to even think about and like Russell said as well make connection with group there in your area. I just started few weeks n preparing to go to my first meetup with REI group in area. Yey!!! You'll meet other persons in the field that can give you guidance as well is my understanding. Then like Muhammed said you can Launch Out Into The Deep once you feel you're there. Wish you the best!! Be blessed.

I'm just starting a week today and I'm going to begin with wholesaling this week as well. Jordan Boyd how did you get these leads (through court records)? What would you say is an idea number for mailings? Any help would be appreciated.

See Edward it's all about jumping in and being a part...not lurking. James and Noah have already connected and will possibly be working a deal out with each other soon!!
