I'm new, but hearing a lot about wholesaling so I think I'm going to look at this link as well. I joined BP @ beginning of the week with my mind set on flipping. I've since thought I might want to do turnkey too. I'm going to familiarize myself with some of different facets and move from there. I participated in the webinar tonight: How a Newbie Can Start Building Wealth Through Real Estate with Brandon Turner (which was Awesome!!) and I am sooo motivated, excited and ready to go look for deals now, of course, I need to read some more of the suggested material. Therefore, I'm going to spend the remainder of my week as well as the weekend doing that. Any suggestions as to how long before you should begin?
