Zach that is so true it is how creative you can be to make more of your money. I have a lot lower debt, but Im still moving. I know what and how you need to pay to help credit to go up. Also, continuous pay Will help!! I'm going to start with wholesale to help as well.

Thanks James Dulude. Reading the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide now that is just is a wealth of knowledge and very helpful is some of the REI terms. I'm getting the reading done the week...making contact with some persons for the meet ups in city now. I know of one group as of now. Will use Google as suggested to see if there are others in or near. I've learned more than I ever could in the reading, forums and a few blogs I've looked over. Getting the foundation. I know that is essential and will be beneficial.
