Hi Dominique I’ve been there, done that. There maps Are geared more toward tourists..places they would want to see in city. You need to go to the AAA office n get. That’s what I did, however, you have to be member to get one at no cost. Relative is member so she got me one. Don’t recall them selling to you either. I suspect that was why I asked cousin having needed at that time. Hope it helps!!

There are all types REIA mtngs there. Go to: Atlanta REIA site and see the different ones, place and time. There's also (BIG Online) Beginning Investors Group Online held on fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 7, I think the time is. You can find all info on the site once you are on it. Milton just stay consistent once started again. It’s easy to get off track. Lots of RE reading n listening on BP here...pod cast, blog, books etc. So jump in!! There’s no time like the present. Best to you!! 

Hi @Jake K.I see you asked what is CO? CO is Certificate of Occupancy that local agency gives to say building is in compliance with codes and suitable for occupying.

Need some info from any persons on here that are knowledgeable about mobile homes? Have a some questions.  Is it a lot involved in buying and selling a mobile home? Or what is involved? Want to know. Any advice you can offer would appreciate. Thx.

Hi @Devonta Taylor you can ask someone in your REIA about one. That's what I did then I had attorney look over to let me know if was ok. Hope this helps.

Yes to join SREIA, $100. You can come to first meeting @ no cost n pay $13 or so for each meeting after if you are not a member. Joining allows you to be part of Atlanta REIA as well. Hope to see you there soon!😊

I'm in Sav'h and there is a REIA that meets 2nd Monday of the month @ Hilton Garden Inn. Let me know if any other concerns.

@Jay Baker are you able to use that calculator for anywhere? If so, is it for just a certain amount of time or not? Thx.
