Hello Everyone!!  My name is LaKita Jenkins.  I'm a rookie investor from Louisville, KY.  I was a real estate agent for about a year but didn't really like that side of the industry.  I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can and sharing my new found experiences in real investing.  My short term goal is to try to master wholesaling and then within the next few years move into cash flow properties.  I've heard that wholesaling is a good way to get to know the business.  I hope to make as many deals as possible within the next year (no less than 20)!  I'm ready to jump in and get my feet wet.  I've been listening to podcasts and reading books and now I'm ready to actually take action!!

I'm like a sponge at this point so any advice or tips are definitely welcome!!
