 My name is Milton Jones from Jacksonville, Fl and I am somewhat new to real estate. I currently  work in the medical field for now but looking to be my own boss in the real estate game. My goal with real estate investing is to ultimately be able to provide for my family financially and pass along ten or more rental properties to my son. I have done one wholesale deal and I'm ready to pursue this full-time. I'm having trouble getting back on track. Any advice?
