Hello All, I was wondering how exactly did you guys go about constructing your contracts when you first started ? Did you find a generic wholesale contract on the internet ? Did you have a real estate attorney construct one for you ? Did you do it yourself ? BTW this is referring to assigning contracts. PS: if you are going to get on this post and talk about how assigning contracts are illegal please don't waste your energy I will not get in a back and fourth with you, looking for answers to my questions and positive feed back only. Thank you
