My ambition is to definitely flip properties. However i've learned that by beginning with wholesaling, your able to build your assets as well as knowledge. The house looks incredible! The kitchen is really stunning with the colors accenting the countertops/countertops. As i am just starting out, i've spent about 700 dollars on my real estate ambiton between books and R.E licensing course. So if your bent on getting an education, then 2k would do alot. However, most on this site would recommend you save that money and try and get as much knowledge from this site as possible. Seriously, they are experienced professionals. In the few weeks ive been a member ive learned more detail specific information here than in any book or course. Just giving you my insight. Good Luck

By not serious, i mean not ready. My passion is Real Estate. i think about every second of the day. i cant drive down a street without looking for properties and such. I'm in a briefing phase i guess you could say. Im trying to learn as much as possible so when its time to play with the big guys, im ready. Trust me, you'll see my name alittle more often once i get started in this business. gotta walk before you can run!!!

technically, ryan's deal is an ebook that includes and additional forms book. So it isnt really a course. Sorry about the confusion.
