im looking to start investing within a year and i just wanna know what topics i should evaluate more than others.

wow. john reed doesnt appear to favor mr. whitney at all. I saw his a course on ebay and i decided to investigate it alittle. and with the information stated by reed, im not going to trust aqnytihng said in that course.

i sense alittle skeptism. but at $49 and this type of recommendation i think its worth a try.

just a question that came to mind while reading. Anyone know? it sounds like a good way to find a deal.

how did you arrive at these figures?
im really looking for a foundation to make an analysis about properties from.

has anyone bought this course ? and if so i kindly ask you was it worth it??
