I have found a potential wholesale deal and even an interested buyer. However i dont know how to the process of getting the seller to allow to find a buyer and "assign" the contract is supposed to work. Can someone please guide me through this..................thanks!!!!

My best option right now would be to flip it to another investor but for a small profit since its not a big profit generator
