Hi, I'd like to suggest Gary Johnston web site & his Note Course. It deals with the HP 10BII Calculator. My wife & I attended his 3 Day Class (Live)  in Santa Ana ~2 years ago. Keep a look out for future classes but he does have a DVD / Workbook. Also, 3 Exercise Book. We were overwhelmed after the 1st day , I 'd watch the DVD & practice . Also, he recommends an App which we downloaded too. ( In A Day Development) .

Gary & Clyde Wilson teach . Also, upcoming  (? Oct 2017) in Las Vegas - Masters of Real estate. Excellent event.

Hi, I attended a seminar by Jimmy Napier. He asked the seller what he needed, Or Why they want to sell". A lot of times it's not the $$$ but estate planning, ect. I like what Peter Fortunato asks of sellers -  " Why would you want to sell a wonderful home like this". Hopefully , you  will find out their , "Why".

NCE has 4 events every yr, starting in January. Next event is April 3-6,2017.Cost varies to attend-Member $379, Non member is $479 for early registration. Mtg is at Tuscany Hotel & Casino. NCE requires attendee's to be licensed as a real estate agent.

I attended the Jan event, & I was enlightened. I joined for the 1st time in December 2016 The concept is there is No Bad Property, what is lacking is the opportunity for someone else to discover it's use. I think of this as a bartering of equity in Real estate plus the possible need to add- Cash, Land,SFH,MF, ect
