How can I get the names of owners from a list of addresses?

Good morning! I am having trouble finding a good source to get the name and mailing address of property owners from a list of addresses I currently have. The list that I have contains addresses of  particular store locations in different states throughout the US, and I only need the owner name/entity and mailing address for each record. I have contacted ProspectNow and CoStar, but their national subscriptions are quite expensive. I have also checked with Listsource, AgentPro, and TitlePro, but none are able to do bulk searches on addresses. Does anyone have any suggestions on another site where I can get this information?

Thanks!

Christopher
