Hi, My wife & I are interested in attending two of his seminars-

1. 4 Day MBA

2. Buy & Sell a Business

Primarily, We 've attended seminars @ the $500 per person w/ discount of the 2nd person, His class is ~ 10x this amount. We are not sure if this is worth it . We do need to increase our knowledge but ...

Thank you, Mitch Stanley

I don't think I can mention it on BP, I'll do a PM to you. The program I did was not 10 days but 6 Weeks. I'd definitely attend ea class x2.  I passed my State & National Exam the first time. I think the reason was able to do it was - I took the School Test x 10 Or 11 Times. I just had a ? Mental Block but I think it helped me to prepare for the Licensing Exams .

Hi, My $.02,

1. Seek out a RE Team & Join if Possible. This way , if your at work, Or unavailable, others can cover you. Also, You have others to assist you besides the DB / Managing Broker.

2. Sign up  for a company that will provide Expired Listings. Also, " Friends & Family " will propel you to your new career.

3. I attended a RE School in Scottsdale ,AZ. Excellent Instructors  & I atteneded each class twice.  I found I learned from a different instructor. Also, they offered other classes- RE Math, ect

Best wishes, Mitch

My wife & I attended the NAR National Convention in SD,CA last year. The speaker & topic was re Commercial RE . He started out w/ a ? National firm in SD & his ? Broker / Boss/ Mentor gave him a Directory (? Name ) which listed all the apartments in the area & he called them. That was the sum of it. You might call NAR & ask about recordings / handouts of this presentation.

Good luck,Mitch S.

Normally one pays thru an Escrow Service (3rd Party) to minimize concerns of both parties that the monies are properyly being accounted for plus they are regulated / licensed.

I'd contact the owner & consider contacting the GA Lawyers Bar re. this.

Good Luck, Mitch

My wife & I attended a seminar - Jimmy Napier, Great Speaker. He encouraged people to buy Investment Property first & your personal residence last. One could have the best of both world by purchasing a 4 Plex.

Good Luck, Mitch

You might consider an assistant to a Commerical RE Agent (CCIM) /  Realtor who does MF (MultiFamily). Finance is essential in this area. You might considerr taking a class ( Use a financial calculator - 10BII  ) that's offered by CCIM . Real estate note investing requires knowledge of 10BII Calculator / Finance.

I'd also encourage you to at least take a Real estate licensing class. When my wife & I attended RE School in AZ  ( AZ School of Realestate & Biz), they covered many topics incl RE Math. It was an evxcellent education even if I had not received my license. You would obtain more knowkledge  / education  if you were licensed . Finally, I 'd talk with Residential & Commercial Brokers , to get feedback too.

Good Luck, Mitch S.
