Hi, We would like to set up a Web Site (s) for our SFH. We are not sure if it would be best to have each SFH with it's own URL / web site address, Or all SFH under one web site.

Specifically, How  would one go about this process ?   Please feel  free with suggestions . ect, Also, does any one know a company that will do this for  you ?

Hi, I've listened to Vena Cox-Jones ( Apple I Tunes Podcast) talk about the Cincinnati , Ohio REIA & yearly Ohio REIA State Event. We are considering attending , we have never attended this event before. I like the proposed speakers & topics. If you have attended, your thoughts?

Hi, I wanted to let people know that Gary Johnston is having another - "Masters of Real Estate" 3 day  event at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. We've attended 3 of his Las Vegas Master of RE Events & many of Gary's Local Events. One of our favorites was - Money not Math ( Using a Financial Calculator). It was a 3 day event & we'd do it again , Great knowledge.  We hope to see you at the Masters of Real Estate . 

The reason I 'm posting this is to let people know of a quality networking event & to support the people who make the events possible.

Hi, We 'll have a SFH available to rent in August. Initially, We posted rental signs on main cross streets then we went to Zillow SFH Rentals and posted our home. My wife feels we could get a better quality tenants if we did it differently? My thoughts are - Aside from the obvious marketing strategies, subletting , or lease options , What do you do to get the Best Tenant? Please provide your opinion(s).

I believe that once you start  the formal process, one has 30 days . If you extend past 30 days, it impacts your credit sore

Hi, I know that Vena Cox-Jones is from  Cincinnati , Ohio. She has a web site, Radio Show / Pod Cast, Educational events and one can ask her questions at least on her Radio show per Phone Or Email. She helped her father with his RE investments growing up , then became an agent , then broker. Not sure if she's still licensed. 

Hi, I'm not sure you are finding these deals with a Realtor , FSBO. Craigs List,ect. You might consider "Door Knocking " to find a motivated seller - "Find out their Why" as Peter Fortunato said,

Excellent speaker & He's done the Deals. Started out as a RE Agent at age of 18 in Boston & he never wanted a JOB ( Just Above Broke) . 

I'd check out books about not using a - "BANSKSTER" . You'll find a motivated home sellers more flexible & if you have rehab / carpentry  skills it will give you a Home Run.

Check out peoples favorite RE / Investment books on BP. 

I hate Banks - Fee's after fee's ect.

I Agree. Both are great speakers & everyone should at least attend once. Personally, We ( Wife &I ) have attended ~ 5 events each & we learn something new , 

Hi, I would talk to several other lenders incl Mortgage Broker & Your local Credit Union. The issue may be your father  being a co-borrower.  I'd go back and ask the lender you prequalified  with what would the loan terms .
