In FL you can enter as the owner with notice.  If "reasonable effort" made to arrange a mutually amicable time does not happen, the owner can enter the property.   Most owners don't want to pull this card because it causes...long-term relationship issues with the tenants.

@Chanie Chriqui are you still looking for the right lending institution to help you lend against your portfolio?

@Dominic Daoust I just came across this and wanted to know if you are thinking of anywhere in DFW region or more specifically do you prefer the Fort Worth Side or the Dallas side?  I have a few real strong agents in the area that can help and guide you in the process of building up that portfolio!  The main thing is understanding where you want to target to get you the best assist possible!
