Hi all!

Im looking to get started in the DFW market for multiple reasons, many of which Im sure most of you know, so I'll get right to it. I'm looking to begin either BRRRRing properties or outright flipping them. I'm trying to increase my network in the area due to me being OOS. I'm stationed in CA and currently deployed for a bit longer here, but my goal is to BRRRR at least 6 properties within the next year. If there are any tips, neighborhoods, or just people who'd like to connect, feel free to drop in here, leave a message and/or contact me directly!

@Dominic Daoust Sounds like a great plan. If you are purchasing from out of start some wholesalers will see a big target to take advantage of. Be sure to have every estimate double checked by a second source. If you purchase from a wholesaler be sure to use a hard money lender not associated with them. This will protect you from being a sucker. @Ryan Blake with Longhorn is a solid honest hard money lender. For the long term loans visit with @Andrew Postell. He should be your first call to understand what you can afford to begin with. @Lucia Rushton commented earlier in the chain. She is a rock star agent when it comes to understanding investment properties. Feel free to reach out any time. Please note good deals are VERY hard to find right now.
