@Ana M. This is similar to how we handle it, perspective tenant pays directly to the screening service not us. I don’t recall who we use but it is one Realtors have access to as my husband is a agent. I believe it is $35-40 per adult too.

It’s well known that spring/summer are peak season for real estate transactions, does this apply to all segments? Specifically smaller multi-family?

@Joseline Chantal Murillo have you gone to your local REI meet ups? You can meet other local wholesalers or investors. In my opinion you need some money to get in the game...unless you are out door knocking day in and day out (which is not scalable) you will need money for marketing (direct mail, online) to start getting the phone to ring. Wholesaler is a tough job, it is a job.

@Deangelo Mack if it’s a landlords I have had moderate success searching them in the clerk of courts website to find prior evictions...their phone numbers are listed there ( they represented themselves) in this case.

@Larissa Luna hands down pay off the credit cards first and don’t carry a balance in the future (once the are 100% paid off). Having a good credit score with help you get lower interest rates which will have a direct impact on your cash flow if you are using leverage.
