You'll need to get a survey to get a new legal description and go through Denvers process:

Welcome! Cash flow wise, you'll do much better in Pueblo. I don't know much about that market, but I hear its getting better down there.

Theres many trust doc templates online. Placing it in there is as simple as a quit claim over to the trusts name.

@Jorge Rodriguez Took mail in house and am doing high volume, so it was cheaper for me to do in house. Would still recommend them, just stopped making sense for me as I grew.
