Hello everyone my name is Codi Rails and I am new here to this forum. I was wondering if any of the gurus here could help me. I own a few acres of land in Colorado and would like to place them in a title-holding trust. Has anyone done This before? I already have a “Statement of Authority.” Now I need a sample land trust for Colorado. Thanking everyone in advance.
