It's time for RE Hangout Kitsap

Let's network, learn, discuss real estate and hang out.

Next meet up is February 18, 2019

Hi All..... Just wanted to let you know about our new “meetup, networking and education group.” Dave Billings and our KPS team want to help you start your investing or take it to the next level. This is for new and seasoned investors, anyone thinking about investing, to come and be a part of. We’ll share our company’s experiences and learn from each other. This won’t be the same set up as some of the other RE groups you may have attended. We aren’t selling anything, or having any give-a-ways. Just discussing how to level up our real estate game. It’s a little shorter, with good networking, great content, and question/answer and discussion time.

We are holding this hang out every 3rd Monday of the month at Fuelrz Cafe in Silverdale, 5:30-7:00 pm.
Address: 2841 NW Kitsap Pl, Silverdale, WA 98383

Regular coffee and snacks are provided, other coffee/tea drinks available for purchase. Don’t worry if you get there late….. you won’t miss all ….. the good stuff.
Please text me if you think you can come 360-434-2340

If you have any questions or would like to recommend a topic to discuss, please email

If you would like to be on a text reminder list for this event- please email me at with your name and phone number.

We hope to see you there-fun, fun fun! New Year and New investing strategies!!!

@Justin Windham I know this post was a couple of years ago, but are you aware of any hard money lenders that are offering loans to investors using self directed ira funds? I have called a couple and they used to, but have recently changed their policy because of issues with taking back title if the borrower defaults.

Thanks!

Microsoft said:

The Redmond-based company plans to split the funds up three ways:

$225 million will be loaned at below-market interest rates to help developers facing high land and construction costs build and preserve "workforce housing." Microsoft said these investments will initially be made in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Renton, and Sammamish.

$250 million will go toward market-rate return loans for affordable housing construction across the entire King County region.

The remaining $25 million will be donated to services for the region's low-income and homeless residents

We had a great time at Fuelrz last night. Come join us every 3rd Monday of the month to connect with other investors and take your investing to the next level. It was a lot of fun and everyone shared a lot of good investing wisdom.

@Tyler Crowell  Way to start early. My suggestion is take things slow and get a lot of feedback and referrals for anyone you eventually do business with or for any RE education. Biggerpockets is here to give a lot of free advice and education-which is fantastic. Be very careful with buying training as the money can go fast ( I have experience with this) and you may be left still needing more. Ask questions here and soak up all the RE info you can. Come back to the states having a plan and be ready to execute. You are already ahead of so many of us by starting so young!
