Our company is the lender for a property and I handle the accounting of the note. I am one of those people who needs to get things right and understand it from top to bottom. Although I have been in accounting for 25 years, amortizing notes and mortgage payments/statements is newer to me. I know there are paid mortgage note servicers- but is anyone using an app or program that serves this purpose you really like-without an ongoing cost?  Thanks for the help!

@Isiah Williams A little late to this thread. I definitely think the climate has changed and it is harder, but also the competition for rentals has really increased over the past few years. Which of course drives prices up and so its not easy to find a property that could work with the BRRRR strategy. You have to have your money ready and be ready to make offers quickly. However, there are still wholesalers working to find off market deals that will cash flow as rentals. Make sure to find those people that can keep you on their buyers list for future deals. Just my 2 cents worth. Take care!
