@Mindy Jensen  Your friend may be wise to exit if she is concerned about her lifestyle for her family in downtown. Our team regularly checks in on the "temp" of properties in the core. Things are cooling down because of many of the comments made from people on this thread. That being said, if she keeps it or sells, sounds like it would be an issue of her peace of mind moving forward. It's good she has you to help her through the process!

@Roger Lindell Sorry Roger, we have been so busy. Yes, we are starting again in September with Zoom meetings for now- I can send an email or a text reminder with your phone number. And of course I will post on B.P. Thanks!

After discussing this more, we have decided to cancel this event. We hope to see you next month!

We realize that get togethers around our region are postponing their activities. Dave and I will be there on Monday if you would like to still come and talk real estate but understand if current developments about the corona virus will keep you at home!

It's 2020! Lets gather and share our plans for an exciting new year!

Hi All..... Just wanted to let you know about our “meetup, networking and education group.” Dave Billings and Jenny Moore want to help you start your investing or take it to the next level. This is for new and seasoned investors, anyone thinking about investing, to be a part of. It's a time to our experiences and learn from each other. This isn't the same set up as some of the other RE groups you may have attended. We aren’t selling anything, or having any give-a-ways. Just discussing how to level up our real estate game for wholesalers, brokers, lenders, landlords-everyone. It’s a little shorter, with good networking, great content, and question/answer and discussion time.

We are holding this hang out every 3rd Monday of the month at Fuelrz Cafe in Silverdale, 5:30-7:00 pm.
Address: 2841 NW Kitsap Pl, Silverdale, WA 98383

Coffee/tea drinks and food available for purchase (They have great food by the way)!

Don’t worry if you get there late….. you won’t miss all ….. the good stuff.
