They wont if youre smart about it. How would an inspector ever know? Make sure those indicators dont exist and you might be fine. Let the inspector tell you to do things, dont volunteer any info to them. Understand that a permit is like any other tax, and better avoided if youre confident everything is fine. Half the inspectors know barely anything.

1. Best places to start? Local meetups. Lots of people whos egos make them willing to share with their competition. Take advantage. Copy off them.

2. How do you know when youre ready? You wont. You find out the hard way after the fact if you were right or not, and only because you took the risk.

Baltimore adheres to the generally accepted building codes as their own, with some modifications. Building codes change, and change frequently however. If you have a "tradesmen", they know the answers or should, just ask.

1. A closed mouth doesnt get fed....so f that guy

2. The answer to your question, is right in front of you. "How do you know what is accurate???"....by actually knowing. Truth be told a range is accurate. U could rent the same place for 1200 u rent for 1100 most times. Just have to figure out where youre too high and too low and fall somewhere in the middle.

http://www.ajbillig.com/auctions/upcoming-auctions/residential/16-Baltimore-City-Propert-5100-Falls-Road-2018-11-13. Pay specific attention to the assisted living portfolio. Unlike section 8 tenants, these will never go vacant/have turnover. never have rent court, never have eviction, never get destroyed, never have hcvp bothering you. Rents are stronger then sec 8 and water paid by tenant.
