2000 a month for a 4 bed voucher is a massive amount of money. 1500 is what i would expect, and even that number is high. Keep in mind that pricing is based off bedroom count of a voucher first and foremost. i once had a 7 bed voucher in a 3500 sq ft victorian, and i got 2012 a month (3 more beds than your voucher and the same money youre seeking).

If you want more money through section 8 youre going to have to get creative. Add a legal bedroom or two and get a bigger voucher holder to take it. Other programs arent going to be much different.

Lottery tickets....youre welcome

how fast can one get a lien cert from baltimore city? Title companies have no control over this, and your purchase requires it. Order it yourself or call downtiwn to find out turnaround time, with the holidays, i would imagine your toast.

"Quick" depends on time needed to get lien cert from the city. youre not getting it in your timeframe with holidays. Suggest you call a random title co to order it,

Tons of experience. Depends on a multitude of factors whether its a good or bad deal. Not enough information

As far as timeline on a multi family license citation? I would call zoning to find out everything about it. Afterall, the best way to know, is to know.

Simple way to avoid a problem if not, take the other receptacle out and change it to a gfi. Make sure you turn the breaker off first so you dont zap yourself. You tube how to do it. easy

@Jade N. baltimore is a place where money can be made, just dont fool yourself into thinking that work isnt involved to get it. Many do and learn the hard way. "Would 75k be reasonable?"

-I just auctioned 4 licensed assisted living rowhome rentals paying 1362.50 each, almost no taxes, tenant pays water,...each for under 75k.
