Cash flowing rental in baltimore's hot charles village neighborhood for sale. House is rented for 1350 Per month, hardwood floors, finished basement, deck, all the bells and whistles tenants want. Wont last long, and i dont want to pay a realtor. Im willing to manage for x months until a new prop mgr is found. 

call baltimore zoning, google it

More baltimore city nonsense. Seems to be an almost unlimited supply. 

i would imagine a very good rental area as long as the numbers work. 

@Edward Chan thats a real shame. get a good lawyer perhaps, definitely get someone who knows philadelphia and its rental property to report to you and your partners if not already. If you have any rentals in baltimore, i could certainly help anyone examine/assess rental property. I have a large portfolio in baltimore i manage all aspects of.

Thoughts? Garbage disposal always, crown molding/ brick exposing...depends on house/neighborhood.
