I can tell you I have had good experiences with both M&M property Pros (almost 2 years) and Voepel almost 6 months.

I ended up going with Bridge for my properties and then went with Voepel for Property Management. The Bridge team was very professional and I have had nothing but good things to say about them so far. Voepel has also gone fairly smoothly so far but I have only been with them a few months. Ill update as time goes by. I also use M&M Property Pros in the area and they have been nothing short of excellent for me.

The more you ask the more feedback you will get. Just like that favorite restaurant that you love, that can do no wrong. However if you read enough reviews someone will say something you don't want to hear eventually.

The lone tree badass is a good meeting I was just thinking of something closer and saw there were people who lived in parker. This idea would not be about parker properties just people from the local area.
Thursday’s could work for a bit but I’ll start coaching after the new year on Thursday nights. Parker library or even fika by legend high would work. If we want saturdays we probably need to do it earlier like 8am if that works for everyone.

Let’s just pick a time and see how it goes. I don’t have an agenda just a listen and ask questions type of deal.

Then later assign the beneficial interest to the LLC. Don't forget also to change the name insured of your insurances to the land trust with you and the llc as additional insured.

Mike I like what your saying but I have a few more questions.

1. Why Warranty vs Quick deed?

2. Do you have a recommendation of where I can find steps to complete this Deed?

3. Are there steps for creating a Land trust?

Thanks

Is there any interest in putting together a meet up in Parker, CO area. Maybe at one of the local Breweries just to hear whatever everyone in the area is doing with real estate investing?

I have had really good experience with Bridge and have purchased a number of properties this year. Like Chris mentioned above I clicked on schedule a call and it worked great for me. I hope you get it figured out but if you still cant find a contact Im sure I can send one your way.

I currently have 4 properties with M&M Property Pros. I have worked with Michelle for a few years now. I have had no problems and been very pleased with the relationship and work done by M&M. With that all in mind I cant speak to anything that happened in the past. There are always two sides to every story and I think that if you want details you should probably pick up the phone especially if someone has mentioned that they are more than open to have a conversation with you to answer all your questions.

All I can speak to is the past two years working with Michelle, Michael and their team and over that time I have had nothing but a great experience.

Wow that was very detailed and troubling. I appreciate your feedback. Sorry you have to go through that. I am heavily leaning towards another provider for sure.
