there’s not tons of equity yet but isn’t an llc easier than an umbrella? So do I need to find an llc company in that state too or can a local CO agent do it for me.

I was looking for feedback on your experience working with the company BildWise? I am looking at purchasing property form them and having them do the renovation work on the unit in IN. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Matthew

Im in the same boat as you and my thinking was to reinvest it until you get to the number you want to be at. Then you can start paying down principal and getting to the overall cash flow you are looking for. Money you have on hand is a better deal than hard money.
