I was wondering if you can give me some more information on your experience working with Sean Tarpenning. Sean offers a Turnkey solution that looks good and before I dive in I was hoping I could get a Recommendation on working with his company.

I was wondering if you can give me some more information on your experience working with "Rent to Retirement" and can give them a Recommendation. They are a Turnkey provider and Id like to see if anyone can provide some first hand experience working with their company.

I was wondering who has worked and can recommend McKinnis Real Estate Investments. I talked with Nick McKinnis about his Turnkey and Turnkey light solutions and they sound like they know what they are doing but I was just curious if anyone could give me some feedback after you might have worked with them. Turnkey Light being closer to a BRRRR but with assistance through the process for someone who has not done it before.

If you have an agent you like in the KC area would you pass me their info. I have one but kind of by default and no recommendations to go with it.

I am looking for a solid contractor that someone can recommend to do some work on places in the KC area.

I have listened to a few discussions from Maverick Investment and talked with them on the phone about possible BRRRRs but I was wondering if anyone has any experience working with them on buying property or more specifically BRRRR.

If so what are their contractors like, and how satisfied were you with the final product.

I was looking in KC, INDY, BALT and other areas but not really tied to anyone of those since I’m in Colorado. 

Maybe you like someone else and can recommend someone for me to work with.
