Is this still working out for you? I have a bunch of SF rentals in MO I’m looking at converting to ABNB and not sure how to get started?

Im setting up my LLC's already now I just need a registered agent in MO that is reasonably priced. Any recommendations are welcome. When I do a search I come up with different options with P{rices from $40-$129 and I need to set up 8.

Have you heard of or used any of the below mentioned. 

- Missouri Registered Agent LLC - $40 a year

- Resident Agent LLC - $75-$97 a year

- other recommendations welcome

@Roman D. I have been with Voepel for almost 2 years and just transferred three more properties from another PM to Voepel this year.

Ratna I ended up going with Voepel and have been very happy with them to this point. If you want to talk about them Im happy to give you more info.

I own a few properties in the KC area and I need to do some Rehab work on 1 to 2 places and Id like to see if anyone can recommend a good individual or partner that I can trust. I am not a large dealer so I'm looking for a person that can give me good estimates and do solid work. 

Instead of looking online or randomly calling I'm looking for good recommendations of who you have used in the past or who you have heard good things about.
