No this is the PM not paying me after I told them I was switching companies. They are doing everything they can to drag their feet. They have received all the money from tenants, there is no back due fees,no legal issues they are just a crappy company. If you want specifics message me but until I get my money I will not be throwing out any names.

I have documentation of everything. I have a copy that shows the deposit amounts for each property. I gave written notice and know the rents for October have not been received either. 

PM if you want any personal real-life experience with Voepel.

Wondering what action I can take against a PM company that has not paid me my last month's rent on 8 properties and all deposits that they have for my properties. Is there a time limit before I can press action against them? Not sure what the next steps are but I sure hope no one ever chooses to use them if this is how they treat people who have been with them for 4 years.

Thank you for your report and I will definitely read it. However just to clarify I am not looking for a PM just based off of price. This is why I started by asking people who have used different PM's for recommendations and suggestions of what has and hasn't worked. You are correct its not the recurring monthly fees that kill you its the expenses you are not aware of that are either financially or lack of screening motivated.

With that in mind I am still up for recommendations if anyone has a some names I can start looking interviewing in the KCMO area.

Do you have a Property Management that you are happy with in the KC area? I’d like to your your experience and numbers on who you use.

I am looking for a referral for a good exterior painter in the KC area that is trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have a house that is easy to get to and under 1000Sqft that I need to be painted in the next month. 

If you have used someone good please send me their contact info.
