@Jason Medema - RentToRetirement does their own Turnkey and if I remember USREEB aslo does turnkeys too. Can you explain what you mean "They Deal with USREEB"?

No they are in KC, MO area.

Im looking at working with Only Choice PM and wanted to hear from others that may have used them in the past. 

Please let me know what you think of them and if you would recommend them.

I could use some help from people who have been through it before.

1. When setting up an LLC do I need a Registered Agent? Can this be me or does it need to be someone else?

1.a     Is there more protecting this way since my information is not listed?

2. Setting up an Operating agreement, can this be done online through a template or do I need outside help from an expert?

3. What are articles of Association and how do they fit in this process. Is this done with the LLC or afterward?

4. Do I need a separate EIN for each LLC or do they all fall under one?

5. I assume the operating agreement can cover multiple LLC's that do the same business type?

Sure I can file in the State easy enough. I haven't done the Federal EIN or Operating agreement. Is there a site that can walk me through this process that you know of?

Are those the three pieces that I really need to lock down my LLC? Anything else?

I got an add from Bigger Pockets listing this LLC company. Has anyone used them and can provide any feedback on the package they offer. I believe the package is about 480 for the first LLC and then it gets cheaper from there.

Here is what they offer for the price. Someone with experience can you tell me if that is High, or reasonable.
