How about this podcast today?! Thank you Tarl. I honestly have been feeling a little lost this last month. I have been able to narrow down my real estate goals and determined Long distance real estate is my focus. My trouble has been determining markets. I have narrowed my search but still my focus has been scattered. After listening to this podcast you made a statement that affected you the way it affected me. “Build your buisness around what you want”. My wife, daughter and myself sat down with a white board and we wrote down what we truly want in life as a family. We are going to be adding to this list and be able to focus even more. Thank you.

Well when I am not working and chasing my crazy little kids around I truly enjoy golf. More to spend time with my dad, brother and best friends.

I also love to travel. Funny enough I have traveled international more than inside the US. Places like Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, England, Costa Rica, Canada to name a few.

Does anyone have any places they love to travel to that I must see?

Alright ladies and gentlemen. Just finished my latest audiobook “Can’t hurt me” by David Goggins. I have gone through several real estate books and am looking for recommendations for my next one. Any body fall in love with a book recently.

What have you found to be your best marketing? For a beginner. My current phase is determining the market I would like to target for long distance investing. I have narrowed down to three cities/regions.

I have capital and am looking to acquire my first acquisition and or BRRRR within the year.
