Hey James thank you for the detailed info. Looking for a new book. Just bought set for life. Last year I was on a role and read 10 books about real estate and other buisness/mindset books. Gonna keep it up this year along with some investments.

Any suggestions for a great real estate book? And what’s your reason?

Hey Jonathan,

In my opinion it’s all depending on the strategy you are wanting to implement.

Warren buffet explained that if he would of never sold a stock he would be 10x richer then he is now. Keep this in mind when looking at real estate.

You will almost always be in a better position with then without.

I plan to buy properties cash and implement the BRRRR strategy with buy and hold investments. Focusing on 1-4 unit multi family to learn the systems needed to grow into larger multi family. More involved and less passive at first.

How would you go about picking your long distance market?
