Alright ladies and gentlemen. Just finished my latest audiobook “Can’t hurt me” by David Goggins. I have gone through several real estate books and am looking for recommendations for my next one. Any body fall in love with a book recently.

If you are interested in raising capital, Raising Capital for Real Estate by Hunter Thompson is great.

Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss is great for negotiation skills

Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a mainstay in a lot of investors reading lists along with Cashflow Quadrant.

I also like Wheelbarrow Profits, Syndicating is a B*tch, and Millionaire Nextdoor is a classic. Of course there is also Richest Man In Babylon, and Think and Grow Rich.

If you are looking for productivity you can look for Eat That Frog, Deep Work, The 4-hour Work Week, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The One Thing.
