I always have tenents calling me on wekends or holidays. I was woundering if there is some type of voicemail i could create that would explain to them that im out of the office and i will return there call during regular business hours. But then i thought what about if its a emergency then what would i do. What do you have as your voicmail greeting?

I know exctly where that is i live in new port richey. I looked on google maps it looks like the building might need painting and maybe some new landscaping. You want to make it a well kept, clean and secure place. I would offer some type of referal incentitive or $1 pays for first months rent. If possiable i would get some signs in front by the road advertising your storage place and something that would catch peoples attention like $1first months rent. And also i would try to get your business on google, yellow pages or www.selfstorage.com. I would recomend looking at other self storage websites like www.publicstorage.com and seeing what they offer to their custmers. I think you should make some flyers and door hangers and distribute them and another cost effective solution is direct mail to the local area. GoodLuck!

Should i Focus more on cash flow deals(rentals) or should i focus on fix and flips? What would be better for the long term?

I tried putting my real estate investment comapny on google. But it asked me for my address but i dont have a office address i work out of my house and i dont want my personal home address on there. Does any body know how to do this without a address? 

When you say the logo is cut off what do you mean? When i look at it its all there. And do you know how to get rid of the white background?

I noticed that all the local investors are connected to local realtors. The investors always get the deals. How can you can you ask a realtor to send you the deals? Do they pay them if they find them a good deal?
