Phone voicemail

I always have tenents calling me on wekends or holidays. I was woundering if there is some type of voicemail i could create that would explain to them that im out of the office and i will return there call during regular business hours. But then i thought what about if its a emergency then what would i do. What do you have as your voicmail greeting?
