i have over 15 single family homes. a few i seller finance if i find the right buyer and deal. what would be my incentive to sell that??

80% RE here, but about 60% of that is in Ag land.
Rest is in various liquid forms.

IMHO RE is the best asset long term as far as ROI goes

I didnt know that Liberals had enough free will or forethought to invest in real estate. Arent they supposed to just tax the people that do?? Free healthcare for the planet!!
