New to REI

My name is Brian Warren. Currently I live in Desoto Texas. I am new to real estate investing. I have very little experience. However I still am very interested in getting started in the business by wholesaling/assignment to contract and birddogging in the dallas/ft worth area. A mentor would be great. I have a few questions as well. I may need an attorney to write contracts for me, who knows a good attorney in dfw? Also any established investors in the DFW area are you looking or do you any others in the dfw area looking to acquire any properties? Because I can assist.
