What percentage of you net assets is real estate?
Newbie here. Getting my 3rd sfr in 6 years. Not the most torrid pace. So far I'm in buy and hold mode. The equity of my real estate(non primary) constitutes 8 percent of my net assets. I'm hoping to grow it without having to sell any of my other investments. Are you guys 100% RE? 90%

About 30% in real estate, and that number will continue to climb as I get more experience and feel I can generate better returns in real estate than in other types of investments.
Diversification is great for those who don't have the ability to make more by focusing their investments; but as people like Warren Buffet have proven, diversification is not the best way to build long-term wealth.
