I am looking to invest in Indianapolis. I live OOS and this seems like a good market to start in. I am heading to there this weekend to get to know the neighborhoods and maybe look at some properties. What neighborhoods should I check out. I am looking for both STR and long term rentals.

What mortgage rates are folks seeing for second homes and vacation rentals?

I'm still deciding b/w KC and Indy. What are the Pros and cons in investing in these cities?
