Markets for Buy & Hold SFR's for ~$100k?

Hi all,

As the title says, I'm looking for good markets for buy & hold SFR's for ~$100k in B neighborhoods. Want to find something that I won't have to be super levered up on to start, so I can get some cashflow going early. Looking at Indy and Kansas City right now. Would love some other suggestions! Thanks all!
